We may also receive information from participating organizations and service providers when necessary to operate E10. We do not describe full payment-card credentials as information directly stored by E10 unless that practice is confirmed.
3. Payment Information
Payment transactions may be supported through third-party payment infrastructure, including Stripe where applicable. Payment-card and related payment information may be collected and processed by integrated payment service providers rather than being directly stored by E10.
Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices. References to a provider do not imply that the provider endorses E10.
4. Organization Information
Participating organizations may provide profile, contact, onboarding, operational, and contribution-related information to use E10. Additional information may be requested through integrated payment providers to support payment onboarding or verification.
E10 does not represent that it independently verifies an organization's legal, charitable, or tax status unless that verification is expressly stated for a specific service.
5. How Information May Be Used
We may use information to provide E10 services, manage accounts, respond to requests, facilitate contribution-related experiences, support organization tools, provide available receipts and records, deliver customer support, protect service security, prevent fraud and misuse, improve the service, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important service information.
6. Information Sharing
Information may be shared when reasonably necessary with payment processors, hosting and infrastructure providers, communication providers, analytics or service providers, legal or compliance providers, and other vendors supporting E10. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not authorize service providers to use information for unrelated purposes merely because they support E10.
7. Participating Organizations
Information associated with a contribution may be made available to the independent participating organization selected by the donor where necessary to manage donor relationships, contributions, records, receipts, or reporting. Each participating organization is responsible for its own handling of information it receives.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
E10 may use cookies, local storage, authentication sessions, and similar technologies to keep services working, remember settings, understand use, maintain security, and improve performance. Browser settings may allow users to limit some technologies, although doing so may affect service functionality.
9. Data Security
E10 uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system or method of transmission is completely secure, and E10 does not guarantee absolute security or claim certifications that have not been established.

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain financial or operational records, protect the service, and enforce agreements. Retention may vary by information type and applicable requirements.
